City Watch : Building a better picture
People working in pubs, clubs, shops and communities will soon have an extra hi-tech weapon in their fight against anti-social behaviour.

City Watch is a new instant photo messaging service backed up by a powerful data base storing information on persistent offenders and incident hotspots.

The system is being launched at various nationwide events and has backing from police authorities and government bodies alike.
